I wanted to share some feedback regarding my children’s recent canceled appointment for July. I understand that provider changes happen and that situations come up, but I was disappointed that the cancellation came through a text message instead of a phone call. Since this involved an appointment that had already been scheduled for two of my children , I feel a phone call would have been more appropriate and would have given me the chance to ask questions and reschedule right away. When I went online to reschedule, the first available appointment was not until December 23rd, which is honestly unacceptable after the office canceled on us. I was able to find another local dentist office that could see my children much sooner, so we are taken care of, unfortunately the communication and scheduling process was disappointing especially as this is not the first time I’ve experienced such a situation. I hope this feedback helps improve things for other families in the future.

They are amazing with kids. They totally know how to make kids feel comfortable. Thank you for making a lasting impression on my son. He left saying he really liked that place and he told me he thought each tech was very nice after they left. I also loved the doctor gave a status check on how his teeth are doing like a moment of "adult talk" thanks for that.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I’ve taken my son there since he was 2 and he’s now 7. Everytime we went they would brush with a tooth brush, floss and tell us how great his teeth looked. Than at 5 they attempted x rays but claimed his mouth was too small for x rays. I started questioning the point of coming every six months if they were only doing exactly what I was every morning and night ?! Finally at his last appointment a more patience nurse took his x rays. Than brushed, flossed and when the dentist looked in his mouth for a whole second than walked to the door way to tell me the front desk would connect me with the surgery center. I asked why and he just said oh he has 9 cavities between his back teeth and that was it. I went for a second option else where and they agreed that it could have been prevented had they done x rays years ago instead of waiting so long. So we had the work done at their surgery center. My poor son had 9 caps put on plus they pulled a baby tooth in the front bc they claimed it was wiggly. Which it barely was.

I waited 8 months for my baby's appointment, and two days before, they canceled it and didn't reschedule. I do not recommend them. ….. They answered something below, but if I wait for another schedule my baby will no longer be a baby and we won’t need them anymore, so THAAAAANK YOU for nothing!

Ohhh!!! God!!... How can this be possible? I have no way of avoiding it!!! I have 3 children that I frequently bring here for dental care, and there's always a smell of almoniac mixing with the air conditioning. It reminds me of the sloppy urine smell in the school bathrooms or the portable restrooms they put out at the fair. Maybe it's some kind of chemical the doctors use, or carelessness in cleaning the bathrooms, or lack of maintenance of the air conditioning system. After 45 minutes of staying, your sense of smell begins to adapt. but whatever the cause, they should spend at least a few dollars on Air Freshener Dispenser items at Dollar Tree to make up for the stench in the air. The dentists are friendly, professional, and very good at their work, but the girls at the desk at checkout have on several occasions forgotten to schedule my next appointment, according to the dentist's instructions. I recommend asking and not leaving without your appropriate next appointment. When I moved to Harrisburg in 2020, both my daughters received the same appointment on the same day. Now, availability is quite extensive. That was great for me because it saved me a lot of time. Now, appo
